Joan’s “Mermaid and Sea Creatures” beads won FIRST PLACE, handmade beads and buttons, Bead Dreams 2007! Look for it in the Sept. /Oct issue of Bead & Button and on the web in August at Bead & Button. Joan is also featured in the "Beadmakers" department of the Aug./Sep. issue of Beadwork Magazine.
